　　通常工厂申请BSCI认证，BSCI官方都会要求BSCI会员提供供应工厂的相关信息以录入BSCI官方数据库系统，大致要求提供的数据如下：

　　Company name (factory)

　　Company general e-mail adress

　　Phone no.

　　Fax no.

　　Street

　　City

　　Postal code (Zip code)

　　Region (optional)

　　Country

　　Number of emplyees

　　Product Group (choose one group)

　　Construction material

　　Electronic groups

　　Clothing

　　Furniture

　　Leather goods

　　Machinery

　　Other hard goods

　　Shoes

　　Textiles

　　Textiles raw material or accessories (buttons, zippers etc.)
